Stealth Leadership: The Power of Deep Listening

This program introduces the concept of the stealth leader, focusing on 360-degree holistic listening as a tool for organizational change. Participants will explore the four levels of listening defined by the Presencing Institute—ranging from contextual downloading to generative listening from the will. By integrating the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), the course provides a framework for shifting from traditional human resources to a culture of resourceful humans. You will learn to foster a genuine sense of belonging, support intrapreneurial mindsets, and co-create using natural, organic principles that allow new solutions to emerge in complex environments.
